Our Services
No leader should face their organization’s worst day guessing. Every service we offer fits within one Crisis Management Framework. You can start with a single plan or build a complete program. Either way, your plans are built from what your own people discover, and tested before you need them.
One framework. Every plan you need.

How engagements work
Clear scope. Fixed fees. No surprises.
Every engagement starts with finding out. You agree a fixed fee for that work up front. The plans that follow are priced only after your Finding Briefing, once you and your leaders know what matters most.
Step 1: Readiness Diagnostic
Three depths, matched to your organization:
| Level | Best for |
|---|---|
| Essentials | Small, single-site organizations |
| Standard | Organizations with more than one site, shift work, or 50 to 499 staff |
| Extended | Healthcare, care, utilities, hazardous operations, or essential public services |
A smaller first step
Not ready for a full diagnostic? Start with your leadership team.
Sometimes the budget isn’t set, the timing is wrong, or the person who would decide hasn’t been part of the conversation yet. The Sponsor Readiness Workshop is a half-day with your decision-maker and up to five senior colleagues. Together, you work out whether you’re ready to find out what would break first, and if not, what would make you ready.
What you talk about
What matters most to protect; where you’re sure, and where you’re not; who decides when the usual leader isn’t there; what time and budget you realistically have
What you get
A short written summary within three business days, in your team’s own words. It includes your version of the question that matters most, and a few things you can do now, whatever you decide.
How it ends
A 45-minute conversation in which your sponsor decides the next step: a diagnostic, waiting until the timing is right, or nothing further. Any of those is a good outcome.
It’s a conversation, not an assessment. We don’t review documents or rate anything, so nothing your team says becomes a finding. In person or by video. A fixed fee, agreed up front, and credited in full if you go ahead with a Readiness Diagnostic within 90 days.
Step 2: Essentials, Standard, or Extended Program
We build and practise your plans at the same level as your diagnostic. The program is scoped and priced after your Finding Briefing, based on the decisions you make, so you never pay for plans you don’t need.
Step 3: Resilience Retainer
Keeps your plans current and your people practised, with quarterly leadership meetings, an annual review, and an annual exercise.
A note on fees: We’ll talk through fees in your free conversation, once we understand what you need. Your proposal confirms the fixed fee and exactly what’s included. If the budget doesn’t fit the scope, we’ll suggest a smaller scope. We won’t cut corners to hit a price.
