Crisis Management Framework Governance Document Package

A leadership-ready foundation for emergency response, continuity, and recovery

Protect operations. Strengthen governance. Recover faster.

The Crisis Management Framework is a professional, ready-to-use governance solution that helps organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption. It brings emergency planning, crisis communications, business continuity, continuity of operations, and disaster recovery into one coordinated structure.

Designed for small and mid-sized businesses, municipalities, and First Nations communities, this framework helps leadership reduce confusion, improve accountability, and maintain essential services when disruption occurs.

A governance model that leadership can actually use.
